Individual tuition is the perfect way to address your personal needs and desires, to develop confidence in your practice in a time and space that suits you.

1 : 1 ayurvedic lifestyle

Personal Ayurveda Coaching : This traditional Indian approach to health and healing is founded on a constitutional approach. We all have a certain body type, personality, metabolism, weaknesses and strengths. Many factors contribute to our characteristics and our bio-energetic function known as dosa in Ayurveda. Each individual combination of the three dosa, vata, pitta, kapha are like a unique fingerprint and yet can become imbalanced by emotional stress, work, lifestyle and dietary habits.

An Ayurvedic consultation is a journey of discovery of your personal constitution, prakrti, helping you to gain understanding of how your mind-body functions and how to maintain or recover balance.

1 : 1 Ayuryoga

Individual Ayuryoga Teaching : Through this personalized coaching combination, I’ll work alongside you to develop an integrated plan to achieve full body and mind wellness combining the practices of Yoga, lifestyle, work, nutrition, exercise, meditation, herbal remedies, and more.

Our first session will be dedicated to assessing your current health and well being, establishing what you would like to acheive from our work together with Yoga, Ayurveda or bothe. We will take the first steps towards creating a personalized plan to fit your unique needs and goals.

Targeted

Each session will examine what has, or has not, been working for you and we will move forward step by step progressively refining, adjusting or developing according to your progress or changing needs. You should feel free to ask for explanations and information along the way.

Integrative

As your exploration of your body and mind progresses and you discover your interests, needs and what works for you different aspects of practice may be introduced.

These may include Mindfullness, lifestyle, diet, sound-work, chanting, Yoga Philosophy.
