I’m overjoyed to be paticipating at this relaxing holiday with my good friends Suska and Nico at the Happy Hamlet in south West France.

I will be teaching Yoga, giving you a luxurious and profoundly relaxing Ayurvedic massage,

providing a little workshop on practical self-care that includes self-massage, herbal tea creation and gentle breath practice .

All this with ample time to relax discover and enjoy the countryside, local market and vineyards.

You can also simply relax by the natural pool, have a sauna, sleep in, whatever suits you suits us. We’re all about making you feel at home at the Hamlet.
